Can I cancel my order?

No. If you recently placed your order (within approximately 12 hours), contact our Customer Service Department via chat or email help@bunnycorset.inĀ and we can try to cancel your order if it has not already been processed. However, if your order has been processed, changes or cancellations cannot be made.

Still, if the customer insists and order needed to be cancelled, we would only be able to cancel the 50% of the item amount which is being processed and shipping is not refundable.
